I also really appreciate your ritual framework. I've never connected with habits because it always seemed like there was a "this will soon be automatic" mindset around maintaining them. Rituals on the other hand seem much more intentional and less rigid.
Talk about timely! I was about to sign up for the paid ConvertKit offering, where I had stored my pilot cohort materials, and it was all gone!!!! I was distraught but then thought, I am holding onto what was and have some clear ideas on what I want to bring forth. Now I can do so greenfield (drawing upon my Second Brain, of course). So a good perspective reminder.
